Weber River Fishing Report

Current flows on the middle Weber River are holding around 168 CFS and conditions remain favorable. Anglers will find success by focusing on nymphing the deeper pools are runs. Productive patterns include small midges (sizes 20-24, gray being the most effective color) as well as small sow bugs. For the midges try a foam back variety. Overall the Weber River continues to provide late-season opportunities for anglers. Look for streamer eats to starting heating up as we get closer to the spawn.


Lower Weber Fishing Report

Current flows on the lower Weber have dropped to 245 CFS. Conditions are not optimal for anglers. You can however still find some feeding fish, you just need to work a little bit more to find them. There is a lot of moss and grass that has come in. You will find the most success nymphing deeper pools and runs. The most productive patterns have been San Juan worms (sizes 12-18) and bigger sow bugs.
