Middle Provo River Fishing Update
The Middle Provo River near Park City and Heber City is fishing well right now. Current flows are sitting around 570 CFS and the trout are happy. Small midge nymphs have been the go to flies this last week. Fish small. Sizes 22-26 have been most productive. As the weather continues to cool and the fish get ready to spawn, conditions will only improve, making this an excellent time to get out on the water.
Lower Provo River Fishing Update
The Lower Provo near Sundance is fishing ok right now. The water is murky and mossy right now, presenting issues for anglers. The most productive time of day right now is the morning. Find and fish any areas that you don’t find an abundance of moss. Our most productive patterns have been sow bugs (size 18-22) and RS2 in gray size 20-22.
