Weber River Fly Fishing Update
The Weber River is currently fishing very well, with river flows sitting around 180 CFS, creating ideal conditions for anglers. Fish have been actively feeding on small midges and sow bugs, with the most productive sizes ranging from 20 to 24. These smaller patterns have been consistently enticing trout throughout the river.
In the afternoons, as temperatures warm and the wind begins to pick up, hopper fishing can be particularly productive. Look for opportunities to cast dry flies during this time.
Whether you’re targeting the midges, sow bugs, or enjoying some hopper action, now is a great time to hit the Weber River. Tight lines and happy fishing!
