Middle Provo River Fishing Update
The Middle Provo River near Park City and Heber City is fishing very well right now. Current flows are sitting around 600 CFS, and trout are actively feeding. Small midge nymphs in sizes 22–26 have been the most productive, along with small caddis nymphs and worm patterns. As the weather continues to cool, conditions will only improve, making this an excellent time to get out on the water.

Lower Provo River Fishing Update
The Lower Provo River near Park City and Heber City is fishing OK right now. Flows are currently around 506 CFS. Most trout are being caught on caddis patterns and sow bugs. There’s quite a bit of moss in the system, which can make things tough, but patient anglers are still finding success.
As fall progresses, streamer fishing will become more effective and a great way to target bigger fish. If you aren’t finding trout in one spot, make sure to cover plenty of water.
